1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE | उद्देश्य एवं दायरा

This Refund, Cancellation, Course Withdrawal & Registration Fee Policy (“Refund Policy”) governs cancellation, withdrawal, refund, replacement, rescheduling, credit and other remedies relating to products and services provided by G-Route Institute For Skill Development, a unit of G-Route Web Services (“G-Route”, “Institute”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).

G-Route provides skill-development and educational services including computer education, digital marketing, English language and communication development, women empowerment and other skill-development, personality-development and job-oriented training programmes. G-Route also offers learning resources and digital products through its online store.

This Policy applies, as applicable, to:

1. Regular Registration;

2. On-Demand Registration;

3. Skill Development Training;

4. Computer Courses;

5. Digital Marketing Courses;

6. English Language and Communication Courses;

7. Women Empowerment and Skill Development Courses;

8. Personality Development and related training;

9. General Etiquettes and Job Responsibility Training;

10. Online and Offline Courses;

11. Live Classes;

12. Recorded Courses;

13. Workshops, seminars and training programmes;

14. Study materials and learning resources;

15. E-books, PDFs, templates and downloadable products;

16. Other digital learning products; and

17. Other educational or skill-development services/products offered by G-Route.

यह Refund, Cancellation, Course Withdrawal एवं Registration Fee Policy (“Refund Policy”), G-Route Institute For Skill Development, जो G-Route Web Services की एक Unit है, द्वारा प्रदान किए जाने वाले Products एवं Services के Cancellation, Withdrawal, Refund, Replacement, Rescheduling, Credit एवं अन्य Remedies को नियंत्रित करती है।

G-Route Computer Education, Digital Marketing, English Language एवं Communication Development, Women Empowerment, Skill Development, Personality Development, Job-Oriented एवं अन्य Training Programmes प्रदान करता है तथा Online Store के माध्यम से Learning Resources एवं Digital Products भी उपलब्ध कराता है।

यह Policy आवश्यकता के अनुसार निम्न पर लागू होगी:

1. Regular Registration;

2. On-Demand Registration;

3. Skill Development Training;

4. Computer Courses;

5. Digital Marketing Courses;

6. English Language एवं Communication Courses;

7. Women Empowerment एवं Skill Development Courses;

8. Personality Development एवं संबंधित Training;

9. General Etiquettes एवं Job Responsibility Training;

10. Online एवं Offline Courses;

11. Live Classes;

12. Recorded Courses;

13. Workshops, Seminars एवं Training Programmes;

14. Study Materials एवं Learning Resources;

15. E-books, PDFs, Templates एवं Downloadable Products;

16. अन्य Digital Learning Products; तथा

17. G-Route द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली अन्य Educational एवं Skill Development Services/Products।

 

2. LEGAL BASIS | कानूनी आधार

English

This Policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable Indian law, including, where applicable:

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019;

• Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, where applicable;

• Indian Contract Act, 1872;

• Information Technology Act, 2000, including provisions relating to electronic contracts;

• Applicable GST and taxation laws;

• Applicable rules, regulations, notifications and directions issued by competent authorities; and

• Other applicable laws in force from time to time.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict a mandatory statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

यह Policy लागू भारतीय कानूनों के अनुसार लागू होगी, जिनमें आवश्यकता के अनुसार निम्न शामिल हैं:

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019;

• Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020;

• Indian Contract Act, 1872;

• Information Technology Act, 2000, जिसमें Electronic Contracts से संबंधित प्रावधान शामिल हैं;

• लागू GST एवं Taxation Laws;

• समय-समय पर लागू अन्य कानून।

इस Policy का कोई भी प्रावधान ऐसे Mandatory Statutory Right या Remedy को समाप्त या सीमित करने के उद्देश्य से नहीं है जिसे कानूनन समाप्त या सीमित नहीं किया जा सकता।

3. REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE – ₹366/- | REGULAR REGISTRATION शुल्क – ₹366/-

English

G-Route charges a one-time Regular Registration & Enrolment Processing Fee of ₹366/- for registering and processing a student through the G-Route registration system.

The registration service may include:

• creation of the student's registration/application record;

• processing of registration information;

• creation or activation of the student profile/account;

• generation of registration/enrolment reference;

• administrative processing;

• maintenance of registration records; and

• other administrative and digital activities associated with registration.

The ₹366/- Regular Registration Fee is ordinarily non-refundable once the registration has been successfully processed or activated.

The Registration Fee is separate from the Course/Tuition/Training Fee unless expressly stated otherwise.

G-Route Student का Registration एवं Enrolment Processing करने के लिए ₹366/- का One-Time Regular Registration & Enrolment Processing Fee लेता है।

Registration Service में आवश्यकता के अनुसार निम्न कार्य शामिल हो सकते हैं:

• Student का Registration/Application Record बनाना;

• Registration Information का Processing;

• Student Profile/Account बनाना या Activate करना;

• Registration/Enrolment Reference Generate करना;

• Administrative Processing;

• Registration Records को Maintain करना; तथा

• Registration से संबंधित अन्य Administrative एवं Digital Activities।

Registration सफलतापूर्वक Process या Activate होने के बाद ₹366/- Regular Registration Fee सामान्यतः Non-Refundable होगी।

यह Registration Fee Course/Tuition/Training Fee से अलग होगी, जब तक कि स्पष्ट रूप से अन्यथा न बताया गया हो।

 

4. ON-DEMAND REGISTRATION FEE – ₹732/- | ON-DEMAND REGISTRATION शुल्क – ₹732/-

English

G-Route may offer an On-Demand Registration & Enrolment Processing Service for ₹732/- for students selecting an On-Demand, Special, Customized, Priority or separately designated registration option offered by G-Route.

The nature and scope of the particular On-Demand Registration option shall be communicated to the student before payment.

Depending upon the selected option, the service may involve special administrative processing, coordination, scheduling, verification, registration processing, profile/account activation, enrolment reference generation or other activities specifically associated with the selected On-Demand service.

The ₹732/- On-Demand Registration Fee is ordinarily non-refundable once the applicable On-Demand Registration service has been successfully processed, activated or initiated.

G-Route ऐसे Students के लिए ₹732/- का On-Demand Registration & Enrolment Processing Fee प्रदान कर सकता है जो G-Route द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए On-Demand, Special, Customized, Priority या अन्य अलग से निर्धारित Registration Option का चयन करते हैं।

संबंधित On-Demand Registration Option की Nature एवं Scope को Payment से पहले Student को बताया जाएगा।

Selected Option के अनुसार इसमें Special Administrative Processing, Coordination, Scheduling, Verification, Registration Processing, Profile/Account Activation, Enrolment Reference Generation या संबंधित अन्य Activities शामिल हो सकती हैं।

संबंधित On-Demand Registration Service के सफलतापूर्वक Process, Activate या Initiate होने के बाद ₹732/- On-Demand Registration Fee सामान्यतः Non-Refundable होगी।

5. NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE POLICY | NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE नीति

English

The ₹366/- Regular Registration Fee and ₹732/- On-Demand Registration Fee are charges for registration/enrolment processing services.

Once the relevant registration service has been successfully processed, activated or initiated, the applicable Registration Fee is ordinarily non-refundable.

A student's subsequent decision not to continue with admission, training or a course will ordinarily not qualify for a refund of the Registration Fee.

This includes, without limitation:

• change of mind;

• change of plans;

• change of career preference;

• lack of time;

• employment or business commitments;

• travel;

• family commitments;

• personal circumstances;

• financial difficulties arising after registration;

• failure to attend classes;

• failure to commence the course;

• failure to complete the course; or

• loss of interest.

हिन्दी

₹366/- Regular Registration Fee एवं ₹732/- On-Demand Registration Fee Registration/Enrolment Processing Services के लिए ली जाने वाली Fees हैं।

संबंधित Registration Service के सफलतापूर्वक Process, Activate या Initiate होने के बाद Registration Fee सामान्यतः Non-Refundable होगी।

Student द्वारा बाद में Admission, Training या Course Continue न करने का निर्णय लेने पर सामान्यतः Registration Fee का Refund नहीं दिया जाएगा।

इसमें निम्न परिस्थितियाँ शामिल हैं:

• मन बदल जाना;

• योजना बदलना;

• Career Preference बदलना;

• समय की कमी;

• Employment या Business Commitments;

• Travel;

• Family Commitments;

• Personal Circumstances;

• Registration के बाद उत्पन्न Financial Difficulties;

• Classes Attend न करना;

• Course शुरू न करना;

• Course Complete न करना; या

• Interest समाप्त हो जाना।

 

6. EXCEPTIONS TO REGISTRATION FEE NON-REFUNDABILITY | REGISTRATION FEE के NON-REFUNDABLE नियम के अपवाद.

English

The non-refundable nature of the Registration Fee shall not prevent an appropriate refund or other legally available remedy where:

1. G-Route receives payment but fails to provide the registration service due to a failure attributable to G-Route;

2. The same Registration Fee is charged more than once due to a technical or payment-processing error;

3. G-Route cancels the registration before providing the registration service and does not provide an agreed alternative;

4. A transaction is verified as unauthorized or fraudulent;

5. The registration service materially differs from the service represented before payment;

6. G-Route has made a material billing/charging error;

7. The registration service cannot be provided due to circumstances attributable to G-Route; or

8. A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Registration Fee की Non-Refundable Nature निम्न परिस्थितियों में उचित Refund या अन्य Legal Remedy को समाप्त नहीं करेगी:

1. G-Route को Payment प्राप्त हुआ लेकिन G-Route की गलती के कारण Registration Service प्रदान नहीं की गई;

2. Technical या Payment Processing Error के कारण एक ही Registration Fee एक से अधिक बार प्राप्त हुई;

3. G-Route ने Registration Service प्रदान करने से पहले Registration Cancel कर दिया और Agreed Alternative उपलब्ध नहीं कराया;

4. Transaction Verification के बाद Unauthorized या Fraudulent पाया गया;

5. Registration Service Payment से पहले बताई गई Service से materially अलग है;

6. G-Route द्वारा Billing/Charging में Material Error हुआ;

7. G-Route के कारण Registration Service प्रदान करना संभव नहीं हुआ; या

8. Applicable Law के अनुसार Refund या अन्य Remedy देना आवश्यक है।

 

7. COURSE AND TRAINING REFUND POLICY | COURSE एवं TRAINING REFUND POLICY

English

Once a student is enrolled in a course or training programme, G-Route may allocate faculty time, course access, LMS access, study materials, infrastructure, administrative resources and other services.

Accordingly, cancellation or withdrawal after enrolment shall be governed by the specific refund terms disclosed for the relevant course or programme.

Where a particular course has a separate refund/cancellation period, that course-specific policy shall be communicated to the student before or at the time of enrolment.

Student के Course या Training Programme में Enrolment के बाद G-Route द्वारा Faculty Time, Course Access, LMS Access, Study Materials, Infrastructure, Administrative Resources एवं अन्य Services उपलब्ध कराई जा सकती हैं।

इसलिए Enrolment के बाद Cancellation या Withdrawal संबंधित Course/Programme की लागू Refund Terms के अनुसार होगा।

यदि किसी विशेष Course की अलग Refund/Cancellation Period है, तो उसकी जानकारी Student को Enrolment/Payment से पहले या उसी समय दी जाएगी।

8. CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE COURSE REFUND MAY BE AVAILABLE | COURSE REFUND उपलब्ध होने की परिस्थितियाँ

English

Subject to applicable law and the specific course terms, an appropriate refund or other remedy may be considered where:

A. G-Route cancels the programme

If G-Route cancels a programme and does not provide a reasonable alternative accepted by the student, the unused/unprovided portion may be eligible for refund.

B. Material difference in service

If the service materially differs from the material description, specifications or representations provided before purchase, the student may request appropriate resolution.

C. Non-delivery

If a paid service is not provided due to a failure attributable to G-Route, G-Route will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

D. Duplicate payment

A duplicate payment caused by a technical/payment-processing error may be refunded after verification.

E. Material technical failure

Where a G-Route-provided digital or online service becomes materially unusable because of a technical problem attributable to G-Route and the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, an appropriate remedy may be provided.

Applicable Law एवं Course Terms के अधीन निम्न परिस्थितियों में उचित Refund या अन्य Remedy पर विचार किया जा सकता है:

A. G-Route द्वारा Programme Cancel करना:
यदि G-Route Programme Cancel करता है और Student द्वारा स्वीकार्य उचित Alternative उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जाता, तो Unused/Unprovided Portion का Refund उपलब्ध हो सकता है।

B. Service में Material Difference:
यदि Service Purchase से पहले बताई गई Material Description, Specifications या Representations से materially अलग है, तो Student उचित Resolution मांग सकता है।

C. Non-Delivery:
यदि G-Route की गलती के कारण Paid Service प्रदान नहीं की गई, तो G-Route मामले की जाँच करके उचित Remedy प्रदान करेगा।

D. Duplicate Payment:
Technical/Payment Processing Error के कारण हुए Duplicate Payment को Verification के बाद Refund किया जा सकता है।

E. Material Technical Failure:
यदि G-Route की गलती से उत्पन्न Technical Problem के कारण Digital/Online Service materially unusable हो जाती है और समस्या उचित रूप से ठीक नहीं की जा सकती, तो उचित Remedy प्रदान की जा सकती है।

 

9. NO-REFUND SITUATIONS FOR COURSES AND TRAINING | COURSE एवं TRAINING में NO-REFUND परिस्थितियाँ

English

Subject to mandatory statutory rights, a refund will ordinarily not be available merely because:

1. The student changes their mind;

2. The student does not like the course;

3. The student does not attend classes;

4. The student stops attending classes;

5. The student does not complete assignments;

6. The student does not watch recorded lectures;

7. The student does not complete the course;

8. The student becomes busy with employment or business;

9. The student travels;

10. The student's personal circumstances change;

11. The student changes career plans;

12. The student experiences financial difficulty after purchase;

13. The student does not use available LMS/course access;

14. The student does not use provided study materials;

15. The student does not meet reasonable course requirements; or

16. The student voluntarily decides not to continue.

हिन्दी

Mandatory Statutory Rights के अधीन, केवल निम्न कारणों से सामान्यतः Refund उपलब्ध नहीं होगा:

1. Student का मन बदल जाना;

2. Course पसंद न आना;

3. Classes Attend न करना;

4. Classes छोड़ देना;

5. Assignments Complete न करना;

6. Recorded Lectures न देखना;

7. Course Complete न करना;

8. Employment या Business में व्यस्त हो जाना;

9. Travel करना;

10. Personal Circumstances बदलना;

11. Career Plans बदलना;

12. Purchase के बाद Financial Difficulty होना;

13. Available LMS/Course Access का उपयोग न करना;

14. Study Materials का उपयोग न करना;

15. Reasonable Course Requirements को पूरा न करना; या

16. स्वयं Course Continue न करने का निर्णय लेना।

 

10. COURSE WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE | COURSE WITHDRAWAL प्रक्रिया

English

A student wishing to withdraw from a course should submit a written request through the official G-Route support/contact channel.

The request should, where applicable, include:

• Student Name;

• Registration/Enrolment ID;

• Course Name;

• Order/Transaction ID;

• Date of purchase;

• Reason for withdrawal;

• Payment details; and

• Supporting documents where reasonably required.

Submission of a withdrawal request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

हिन्दी

Course छोड़ने के इच्छुक Student को G-Route के Official Support/Contact Channel के माध्यम से Written Withdrawal Request भेजनी चाहिए।

Request में जहाँ आवश्यक हो निम्न जानकारी होनी चाहिए:

• Student Name;

• Registration/Enrolment ID;

• Course Name;

• Order/Transaction ID;

• Purchase Date;

• Withdrawal Reason;

• Payment Details; तथा

• जहाँ उचित रूप से आवश्यक हो Supporting Documents।

Withdrawal Request Submit करने मात्र से Refund स्वतः प्राप्त होने का अधिकार नहीं होगा।

 

11. DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY | DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

English

G-Route may sell digital learning products including e-books, PDFs, templates, downloadable files, recorded learning materials and other electronically delivered educational resources.

Because digital products can be delivered and accessed electronically, they may ordinarily be treated as non-refundable after successful delivery, access or download, subject to applicable law.

A digital product will ordinarily not qualify for refund merely because:

• the customer changes their mind;

• the customer no longer wants the product;

• the customer does not use the product;

• the customer does not have sufficient time to use it;

• the customer does not achieve an expected personal outcome; or

• the customer purchases the wrong product through their own error, where the product was clearly described before purchase.

However, an appropriate remedy may be available where the digital product:

• was not delivered after successful payment;

• is materially different from its advertised description;

• is materially incomplete;

• is corrupted;

• is technically defective;

• cannot reasonably be accessed due to a G-Route-side technical issue; or

• otherwise gives rise to a remedy under applicable law.

हिन्दी

G-Route E-books, PDFs, Templates, Downloadable Files, Recorded Learning Materials एवं अन्य Electronically Delivered Educational Resources जैसे Digital Learning Products बेच सकता है।

Digital Products Electronic माध्यम से Deliver एवं Access किए जा सकते हैं, इसलिए Applicable Law के अधीन इन्हें Successful Delivery, Access या Download के बाद सामान्यतः Non-Refundable माना जा सकता है।

केवल निम्न कारणों से सामान्यतः Refund नहीं मिलेगा:

• Customer का मन बदल जाना;

• Product की आवश्यकता न रहना;

• Product का उपयोग न करना;

• Product के उपयोग के लिए पर्याप्त समय न होना;

• Expected Personal Outcome प्राप्त न होना; या

• Customer की अपनी गलती से गलत Product खरीद लेना, जहाँ Product को Purchase से पहले स्पष्ट रूप से वर्णित किया गया था।

हालाँकि, निम्न परिस्थितियों में उचित Remedy उपलब्ध हो सकती है:

• Successful Payment के बाद Product Deliver न होना;

• Advertised Description से materially अलग होना;

• Materially Incomplete होना;

• Corrupted होना;

• Technically Defective होना;

• G-Route की Technical Problem के कारण Access न होना; या

• Applicable Law के अनुसार अन्य Remedy उपलब्ध होना।

12. INSTALLMENT, EMI AND DEFERRED PAYMENT | INSTALLMENT, EMI एवं DEFERRED PAYMENT

English

Where a course or programme is purchased through instalments, EMI or deferred payment:

1. Amounts that have become due remain payable according to the agreed payment arrangement.

2. Failure to pay an instalment may result in temporary suspension of course/service access.

3. Suspension of access does not automatically cancel the underlying payment obligation.

4. Refund eligibility shall be determined according to the applicable course terms and law.

5. Where a refund is approved, amounts already paid and services already provided may be taken into account.

यदि Course/Programme Installment, EMI या Deferred Payment के माध्यम से खरीदा गया है:

1. Agreed Payment Arrangement के अनुसार Due हो चुकी राशि Payable रहेगी।

2. Installment का भुगतान न करने पर Course/Service Access Temporarily Suspend किया जा सकता है।

3. Access Suspension से Underlying Payment Obligation स्वतः समाप्त नहीं होगी।

4. Refund Eligibility संबंधित Course Terms एवं Applicable Law के अनुसार निर्धारित होगी।

5. Refund Approve होने पर पहले से Paid Amount एवं Already Provided Services को ध्यान में रखा जा सकता है।

13. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION FOR MISCONDUCT | MISCONDUCT के कारण SUSPENSION या TERMINATION

English

G-Route may suspend or terminate access where a student materially violates reasonable and clearly communicated rules, including:

• misuse of the learning platform;

• unauthorized sharing of login credentials;

• unauthorized distribution of paid course content;

• copying or reproducing protected learning materials;

• fraudulent activity;

• serious disruption of classes;

• abusive or threatening conduct; or

• material violation of applicable terms.

Any suspension or termination shall be subject to applicable law and shall not automatically create a refund entitlement.

यदि Student द्वारा Clearly Communicated Reasonable Rules का Material Violation किया जाता है, तो G-Route Access Suspend या Terminate कर सकता है, जिसमें:

• Learning Platform का Misuse;

• Login Credentials का Unauthorized Sharing;

• Paid Course Content का Unauthorized Distribution;

• Protected Learning Material को Copy/Reproduce करना;

• Fraudulent Activity;

• Classes में Serious Disruption;

• Abusive या Threatening Conduct; या

• Applicable Terms का Material Violation

शामिल हो सकता है।

ऐसा Suspension या Termination Applicable Law के अधीन होगा और इससे स्वतः Refund का अधिकार उत्पन्न नहीं होगा।

14. REFUND CALCULATION | REFUND की गणना

English

Where a refund is approved for a partially used service, G-Route may reasonably calculate the refundable amount based on:

Refundable Amount = Amount Paid – Value of Services Already Provided – Lawfully Applicable Non-Refundable Third-Party Charges

Any calculation shall be reasonable and shall not be used to defeat mandatory statutory rights or impose an unfair or disproportionate penalty.

हिन्दी

यदि Partially Used Service के लिए Refund Approve किया जाता है, तो G-Route उचित रूप से निम्न Calculation कर सकता है:

Refundable Amount = Paid Amount – Already Provided Services की Value – Lawfully Applicable Non-Refundable Third-Party Charges

यह Calculation Reasonable होगी और इसका उपयोग Mandatory Statutory Rights को समाप्त करने या Consumer पर Unfair/Disproportionate Penalty लगाने के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा।

 

15. PAYMENT GATEWAY, BANKING AND THIRD-PARTY CHARGES | PAYMENT GATEWAY, BANKING एवं THIRD-PARTY CHARGES

English

Where a customer voluntarily cancels a transaction for reasons not attributable to G-Route, payment gateway, banking or other third-party charges may be deducted only where such deduction is clearly disclosed, reasonable and legally permissible.

Where a refund is due because of G-Route's failure, non-delivery, material misrepresentation or another legally recognized ground, this provision shall not be used to improperly defeat the customer's refund entitlement.

यदि Customer G-Route की गलती के बिना अपनी इच्छा से Transaction Cancel करता है, तो Payment Gateway, Banking या अन्य Third-Party Charges की Deduction तभी की जाएगी जब ऐसी Deduction Clearly Disclosed, Reasonable एवं Legally Permissible हो।

यदि Refund G-Route की Failure, Non-Delivery, Material Misrepresentation या अन्य Legally Recognized Ground के कारण देय है, तो इस Provision का उपयोग Customer के Refund अधिकार को अनुचित रूप से समाप्त करने के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा।

 

16. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS | DUPLICATE PAYMENT

English

If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same registration, course or product, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

हिन्दी

यदि Customer द्वारा एक ही Registration, Course या Product के लिए गलती से Multiple Payments किए जाते हैं, तो Verification के बाद Duplicate Amount का Refund किया जा सकता है।

17. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE REFUND CLAIMS | FRAUDULENT या ABUSIVE REFUND CLAIMS

English

G-Route reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, manipulated or abusive refund claims, including:

• false claims of non-delivery;

• false claims of non-access despite verified access;

• manipulation of payment evidence;

• repeated abusive refund requests;

• unauthorized use of another person's payment method; or

• fraudulent chargeback activity.

18. CHARGEBACKS | CHARGEBACK

Customers are encouraged to contact G-Route first regarding genuine billing, payment, delivery or refund concerns so that the matter can be investigated and resolved efficiently.

Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from exercising rights available under applicable law or applicable payment-system rules.

Billing, Payment, Delivery या Refund से संबंधित Genuine समस्या के लिए Customer को पहले G-Route से Contact करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है ताकि समस्या की जाँच एवं समाधान किया जा सके।

19. REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE | REFUND PROCESS एवं TIMELINE

English

Where a refund is approved:

1. G-Route will ordinarily initiate the refund through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

2. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

3. G-Route shall not ordinarily be responsible for delays caused solely by a bank, payment gateway or other payment intermediary after the refund has been initiated.

4. The customer may be required to provide transaction information necessary for verification.

यदि Refund Approve किया जाता है:

1. जहाँ संभव हो, Refund Original Payment Method के माध्यम से Initiate किया जाएगा।

2. Customer के Account में Refund Amount Reflect होने में Payment Gateway, Bank या Financial Institution का समय लग सकता है।

3. Refund Initiate होने के बाद Bank, Payment Gateway या अन्य Payment Intermediary के कारण हुई देरी के लिए G-Route सामान्यतः जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

4. Verification के लिए Customer से आवश्यक Transaction Information मांगी जा सकती है।

 

20. NO WAIVER OF CONSUMER RIGHTS | CONSUMER RIGHTS का WAIVER नहीं

Nothing in this Policy shall:

• authorize an unfair trade practice;

• permit misleading representations;

• exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded;

• prevent a consumer from approaching a competent Consumer Commission;

• prevent any statutory remedy available under applicable law; or

• make an otherwise unlawful or unfair contractual term enforceable merely because it appears in this Policy.

Where applicable law provides a consumer with a right to refund, replacement, rectification, compensation or another remedy, G-Route shall deal with the matter in accordance with applicable law.

22. AMICABLE RESOLUTION | आपसी समाधान

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties are encouraged, where appropriate, to attempt to resolve genuine disputes through G-Route's internal grievance process.

Nothing in this provision prevents either party from pursuing any legal remedy available under applicable law.

Formal Legal Proceedings शुरू करने से पहले, जहाँ उचित हो, दोनों पक्ष Genuine Dispute को G-Route की Internal Grievance Process के माध्यम से आपसी सहमति से हल करने का प्रयास कर सकते हैं।

23. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION | GOVERNING LAW एवं JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable Indian law.

24. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY | POLICY में परिवर्तन

G-Route may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, technology, business operations, products or services.

The version applicable to a particular transaction shall ordinarily be the version made available to the customer at or before the time of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

25. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONSENT | CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT एवं CONSENT

Before completing a registration, course purchase or digital-product purchase, the customer should be provided an opportunity to review this Refund Policy and the applicable Terms & Conditions.

By proceeding with the transaction, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review the applicable terms.

The customer understands that:

• ₹366/- Regular Registration Fee is ordinarily non-refundable after successful registration processing or activation;

• ₹732/- On-Demand Registration Fee is ordinarily non-refundable after successful processing, activation or initiation of the applicable On-Demand Registration service;

• Course and training refunds are subject to the applicable course terms and this Policy;

• Digital products may be non-refundable after delivery/access/download, subject to applicable law; and

• Mandatory statutory consumer rights and remedies are not excluded.

Registration, Course Purchase या Digital Product Purchase Complete करने से पहले Customer को इस Refund Policy एवं Applicable Terms & Conditions को देखने का अवसर दिया जाना चाहिए।
