Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Processing

• Once a payment is processed and the service/product is delivered, it becomes non-refundable as resources and labor have already been utilized.

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Cancellation Before Service Delivery

• You may cancel your payment before final submission if any terms are unclear or unsatisfactory.

Refund Requests

• Mistakes or Changes:

  • If you wish to cancel, request a refund, or change your course/service, you must notify us within 7 days of payment.

  • Provide the following details via email to [accounts@grouteinstitute.org]:

    • Full Name

    • Mobile Number (if applicable)

    • Transaction ID

  • Refunds or changes will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

No Refund After 14 Days

• Refund requests submitted after 14 days of payment will not be accepted.

• We encourage customers to test the product/service within the first two weeks to ensure it meets their needs.

3. Exceptions

Service Unavailability

• If we fail to deliver the promised service due to technical or operational issues, your advance payment will be refunded in full within 7 business days of confirming the unavailability.

Incorrect Information

• Providing false or incomplete information during enrollment/payment will result in immediate cancellation of your admission/service with no refund.

In any Emergency Situations

• If any Emergency situation occurs within 14 days of Admission, A refund can be requested with related documents or evidence of Emergency.

4. How to Request a Refund/Cancellation
