OFFICIAL NOTICE

Subject: Mandatory Inclusion of Serial Number and Roll Number on Certificates

This is to formally notify all concerned stakeholders, including students, alumni, faculty members, and affiliated authorities, that G-Route Institute for Skill Development has decided to implement an additional authentication measure in its certification process.

With effect from 01 February 2026, all certificates issued by the Institute shall mandatorily contain the following details:

1. Certificate Serial Number

2. Roll Number

3. Enrollment Number

This decision has been taken in the interest of strengthening the authenticity, traceability, and verification of certificates issued by the Institute, and to ensure compliance with best practices in institutional documentation and record management.

Please note that:

• Certificates issued prior to 01 February 2026 shall remain valid as per the norms applicable at the time of issuance.

• Certificates issued on or after 01 February 2026 without the above-mentioned details shall not be considered officially valid.

• All departments and administrative units are instructed to strictly adhere to this directive without exception.

This notice shall be deemed as an official and legally binding communication of the Institute and will remain in force until further notification.

यह सूचना सभी संबंधित पक्षों जैसे कि विद्यार्थियों, पूर्व विद्यार्थियों, संकाय सदस्यों एवं संबद्ध प्राधिकरणों को औपचारिक रूप से सूचित करने हेतु जारी की जाती है कि जी-रूट इंस्टिट्यूट फॉर स्किल डेवलपमेंट ने अपने प्रमाण-पत्र जारी करने की प्रक्रिया में अतिरिक्त प्रमाणीकरण उपाय लागू करने का निर्णय लिया है।

दिनांक 01 फरवरी 2026 से, संस्थान द्वारा जारी किए जाने वाले सभी प्रमाण-पत्रों में निम्नलिखित विवरण अनिवार्य रूप से सम्मिलित किए जाएंगे:

1. प्रमाण-पत्र का सीरियल नंबर

2. रोल नंबर

3. नामांकन संख्या (Enrollment Number)

यह निर्णय संस्थान द्वारा जारी प्रमाण-पत्रों की प्रामाणिकता, सत्यापन एवं ट्रेसबिलिटी को सुदृढ़ करने तथा संस्थागत अभिलेख प्रबंधन की सर्वोत्तम प्रक्रियाओं के अनुरूप लिया गया है।

कृपया ध्यान दें:

• 01 फरवरी 2026 से पूर्व जारी किए गए प्रमाण-पत्र, उनके जारी किए जाने के समय लागू नियमों के अनुसार वैध रहेंगे।

• 01 फरवरी 2026 या उसके पश्चात बिना उपर्युक्त विवरणों के जारी किए गए प्रमाण-पत्रों को आधिकारिक रूप से मान्य नहीं माना जाएगा।

• सभी विभागों एवं प्रशासनिक इकाइयों को इस निर्देश का कठोरता से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने का आदेश दिया जाता है।

यह सूचना संस्थान की ओर से जारी एक आधिकारिक एवं विधिक रूप से बाध्यकारी संप्रेषण मानी जाएगी तथा आगामी आदेश तक प्रभावी रहेगी।

इस सूचना से संबंधित किसी भी स्पष्टीकरण हेतु संबंधित व्यक्ति संस्थान के प्रशासनिक कार्यालय से कार्य समय के दौरान संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
